We are excited to announce auditions for Cabaret, with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and book by Joe Masteroff; and directed by CJ Miller.

We are seeking a diverse cast. All gender-identities, ethnicities, ages (18+) and body types are welcome and encouraged to audition for any desired role.

 

Set in 1930s Berlin, Cabaret explores the intersection of art, politics, and personal freedom through the world of the Kit Kat Klub and the lives entwined within it. This production contains mature themes reflective of the time period.

 

Audition Dates:

February 6, 6:30 - 9:30 pm

February 7, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

A call back audition is scheduled for February 8 from 1-5 pm.

Audition Requirements:

• prepare 32 bars/1 minute of a musical theatre song in the style of Cabaret. Songs from the show are also acceptible. - an accompanist will not be available; please bring a recorded accompaniment track.

• Be prepared to learn a short dance combination

• Complete the online audition form by noon on Friday, February 6.

  • Paper forms will be available on site, but online forms completed after the deadline may not be available at the audition, requiring the completion of a paper form.
